Job Description
Represent the company worldwide at customer locations in a technical product support role, responsible for customer satisfaction, equipment installation, modification, and repair.
Requirements
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and related semiconductor test equipment experience
- A minimum of three years of experience as a field or technical customer service engineer/technician or systems engineer/technician
- Experience with the installation, repair, upgrading, servicing, troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution of semiconductor test equipment
