Job Description
This Project Manager role is responsible for managing customer and development projects, ensuring alignment with specifications, cost, and delivery schedules. The role involves interaction with customers, preparing project documentation, and coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and management skills.
Requirements
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Experience with statistics and quality tools (DFMEA, DOE, and risk assessment)
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment process
- Strong commitment to learning and continuous improvement
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Diplomatic, patience and good listening skills
- Creative, innovative, out of the box problem solving
- Willing to travel for about 20% of the time
