Accounting Manager, GL Operations & Intercompany

At Coinbase, we're seeking a highly motivated accounting professional to join the Controllership team and play a key role in our continued growth and achievement of operational excellence within the Global GL Operations team.

Requirements

• CPA required
• 6+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with minimum 2 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Internal Controls
• Experience with implementing SOX 404 as well as on-going documentation
• A demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex operation and accounting challenges
• Project management and systems implementation experience
• Ability to be adaptable and able to work in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
• Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots
