Job Description
Coinbase is seeking a Senior Analyst for their SOX IT team to drive the second line of defense in IT SOX initiatives and mature the IT SOX program. The role involves leading security initiatives, assessing compliance gaps, and providing audit support to crypto industry regulations. Coinbase is committed to building a secure and compliant environment for its business.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of security/IT compliance or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and SOX 404 frameworks
- Prior experience at a big 4 accounting firm
- Experience leading compliance initiatives
- Proven understanding of cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
