Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Institutional - Markets)

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build out the next generation of crypto-forward products and features. You will solve unique, large scale, highly complex technical problems, bridging the constraints posed by web-scale applications and blockchain technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Experience with Java, Golang, and RDS Postgres
• Good awareness of major SQL or No-SQL databases
• Experience architecting complex distributed systems at scale
• Experience building trading systems or matching engines with high volume and low latency characteristics
