Senior Software Engineer, Developer (Money Movement - Risk)

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Money Movement team and design, build, and scale the real-time risk infrastructure for stablecoin-based payments. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, experience building real-time risk/fraud detection systems, and a passion for crypto and blockchain technology.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience
• Experience building real-time risk/fraud detection systems at scale
• Designing, building, and maintaining production services in a service-oriented architecture
• Experience with payment risk
• Experience with rules engines and/or ML-based risk scoring
