Compliance Product Manager Lead

Lead the Compliance product team, develop world-class Compliance product solutions, and partner with internal teams to identify and alleviate Compliance promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g Computer Science) or a design-related field
• Experienced in building and managing fintech related compliance/KYC features and flows
• Familiar with the onboarding/KYC flows of crypto exchanges and fintech apps
• Familiar with the Philippines and/or multi countries kyc rules
• Possess superior analytical and quantitative skills, and have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
• Demonstrate ability working in a data-driven environment and moving metrics to reach KPI goals
• English is a must, Chinese is a prefer to have
