Develop risk policies, procedures, and indicator systems, and lead the risk team to ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks and licenses.
Requirements
- 8+ years of risk experience in finance or crypto industry
- 3+ years as a risk leader at a top-tier CEX or payment platform
- Deep understanding of full exchange operations and payment flows
- Proficient in market, credit, operational, and liquidity risk
- Expert in AML, anti-fraud, and on-chain analytics
- Familiar with margin, liquidation, custody, and fund security
