Consultant - KYC

We are seeking a Consultant - KYC to drive lead-to-customer conversions by guiding prospects through the onboarding and KYC completion journey. The ideal candidate will have proven stock broking experience and a strong understanding of demat and trading account onboarding, including KYC, IPV, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Drive lead-to-customer conversions by actively guiding prospects through the onboarding and KYC completion journey
• Own the end-to-end KYC telesales process, pushing for fast, accurate completion with clear next steps
• Identify customer intent quickly, handle objections, and close KYC drop-offs through confident telephonic follow-ups
• Act as the single point of contact during onboarding, ensuring momentum, clarity, and zero excuses for delay
• Use urgency, value framing, and product clarity to move users from interest to activation
