Job Description
Asphalt Roller Operator position with Terus Construction in Crescent Valley, BC, responsible for operating a roller to compact earth, subgrade, sub-base, and asphalt surfaces.
Requirements
- 1-2 seasons of experience operating a roller on municipal and industrial/commercial base and paving projects
- Proficiency in operating a roller and strong safety awareness
- Effective communication with other operators, truck drivers, and the public
- Ability to operate and maintain the roller with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 LBS on a regular basis
