Job Description
Colas is seeking a Site Manager VRD to join its Nevers sector, responsible for supervising and coordinating site teams, ensuring smooth operation, respect for deadlines, quality and safety standards, and financial objectives.
Requirements
- Supervising and coordinating site teams
- Ensuring integration and training of new hires
- Preparing the site: planning resources, ordering materials, implantations, signage, and tracking
- Creating schedules, assigning daily tasks, and setting advancement objectives
- Ensuring the progress of works and compliance with plans, technical specifications, and quality standards
- Managing site deadlines and budgets
- Collaborating with various project stakeholders (clients, suppliers, subcontractors...)
- Ensuring the application of safety rules on site and promoting a rigorous safety culture
- Regularly reporting on site progress, problems encountered, and solutions implemented
