Requirements

• Higher technical education
• Significant experience in VRD works, particularly large-scale excavation work
• Experience in project management, budget tracking, and contract management (knowledge of public and private law)
• Analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills
• Rigor, autonomy, and ease of communication
