Grader Operator

The Miller Group is seeking a Grader Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will operate a grader in a fast-paced and demanding environment, performing various gravel operations and fine grading tasks safely and efficiently. The role requires a valid minimum class G driver's license, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well with others.

Requirements

• Experience operating a grader is considered an asset
• Valid minimum class G driver's license with driver's abstract meeting Miller's expectations
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well with others
• High attention to detail and ability to think critically
• Punctual and reliable
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as required
• Comfortable working outdoors in inclement weather conditions
