Requirements

• Class 5 Drivers License or equivalent preferred
• General labourer duties associated with road construction operations
• Maintaining the quality of the mat by filling holes, raking, sweeping, and preparing it for rolling operation
• Ensuring all necessary tools are ready to go on the appropriate trucks for the day ahead
• Aiding paver operator, screed operator, roller operator, and foreman to focus on their jobs
• Keeping all equipment fueled, watered, greased, and cleaned
• Operating equipment as needed
• Yard, plant, and equipment clean up as needed
• Signaling operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment and movement of materials
• Following instructions from supervisor/manager
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as required
