Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of municipal civil construction projects from award to completion. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and planning abilities, excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, and be a clear, confident communicator.

Requirements

• Independently manage all phases of civil infrastructure projects
• Direct day-to-day construction operations
• Maintain accurate, timely project documentation and reporting
• Ensure all legal documents, permits, and standards are completed and compliant
• Serve as the primary point of contact for municipalities, consultants, inspectors, utilities, and subcontractors
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication and follow-through on commitments
• Uphold company and industry safety standards
• Oversee QA/QC for underground utilities, grading, concrete, gravel, and asphalt paving work
• Mentor and support Project Coordinators
• Provide senior-level technical guidance for municipal infrastructure
• Prepare or review technical reports and ensure compliance with municipal standards and project requirements
