Job Description
REEVES Construction Company is seeking a Grading Foreman to supervise various phases of a grading operation, read and interpret plans, set and check grade, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in roadway and site construction
- Knowledge of traffic control standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of and ability to operate grading equipment such as dozers, excavators, motor graders, scrapers and rollers
- Travel in short intervals may be required
- Must be able to communicate fluently in the English language, both verbally and in written form
- Must possess a valid, current driver’s license
