Job Description
The Paving Laborer supports daily asphalt paving operations by performing physical labor, equipment use, and assistance to skilled crew members, promoting safe and high-quality jobsite performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in asphalt paving and/or related field preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic with ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing jobsite needs
