Technicien à la paie

We are seeking a meticulous and rigorous individual who enjoys being in action and collaborating with different people. The successful candidate will have a relevant diploma or experience, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, experience with CCQ pay or in a unionized environment, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Requirements

• Preparing, processing, and validating payroll for employees paid on an hourly basis (CCQ, unionized and non-unionized)
• Performing deductions at source and producing employment reports
• Preparing year-end payroll (T4, R1, etc.)
• Participating in various mandates (continuous improvement, providing information for collective bargaining negotiations, etc.)
