Job Description
The CPI coordinator is responsible for leading the development and success of the Continuous Process Improvement Program within Barrett's NYN region. The CPI Coordinator focuses on creating a work environment that engages employees at all levels in the business to help reduce waste, improve and simplify processes, improve sustainability of process utilization, continually reduce costs, and improve the overall effectiveness of all business processes.
Requirements
- College Degree required, BS or Process Management Recommended
- Lean Six Sigma Certifications Preferred (Ability or Willingness to Attain)
- Successful program development with increasing levels of responsibility
- Facilitation and CPI Methodologies
- Advanced MS Office, Outlook
