Field Service Technician - Monterrey (Industrial Machinery)

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to provide prompt onsite service ensuring users of our equipment are satisfied with its performance by performing commissioning, troubleshooting, repair work, and training support on dry ice production equipment, dry ice blasting machines, and engineered systems at customer facilities throughout their region.

Requirements

• Installs, performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, repairs dry ice manufacturing and dry ice blasting equipment on site with the customer.
• Provides support and information to customers by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
