Evergreen | Sr Brand Manager/ Brand Manager for future opening

Colgate-Palmolive is a global consumer products company operating in over 200 countries specializing in Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Care, and Pet Nutrition. The company is looking for a Sr Brand Manager/Brand Manager to work on a brand team, develop business and/or innovation strategies, and effectively steward the P&L to achieve net sales and profitability goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a business-related field.
• 7+ years of commercial experience with at least 3 of those years in Brand Marketing.
• Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong ability to influence others.
• High level of initiative, assertiveness, and self-direction.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work on multiple projects at once while delivering strong results
• Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the Fat Moving Consumer Goods Industry.
• Proven experience implementing at least one business-building initiative (e.g., new product launch, relaunch, cost savings, packaging change, promotional program).
• Strong understanding of turning insights into innovation.
• Experience in short- to mid-term product development and execution.
