Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of functional experience in a manufacturing environment
- Technical college/vocational school certificate, OR Associate degree in a related field
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing technical issues
- Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems
- Practical skills in working with technical documentation, including mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals
- Ability to understand OEM manuals and read schematics
- Capability to analyze process flows to identify issues
