Job Description

The Senior Specialist, R&D Insights role is responsible for overseeing the oral care expert panel and employee/consumer panel, providing crucial insights for product development and optimization. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in sensory science or a related field and at least 5 years of professional experience in sensory science.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Sensory Science, Psychology, Statistics, Food Engineering/Science, or UX
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sensory science
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Sensory Spectrum Expert Panel methodology
- Good moderation/facilitation skills
- Understanding of basic assessment techniques, especially related to sensory testing
- Statistical competency and exposure and openness to Digital and Analytic Tools
- Good verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Google Suite
