Job Description
Colibri Group is seeking part-time Real Estate Instructors to assist New Mexico students within our online courses. The instructor will familiarize themselves with our pre-licensing courses and help students understand material by replying to emailed content questions.
Requirements
- Provide all documentation and perform all duties required to become a recognized instructor or Instructor of Record.
- Provide support in response to student email, voicemail, and discussion board inquiries.
- Review course content and assist in updates to courses as applicable state law and rule changes occur.
Benefits
- Hourly rate based on the number of hours worked assisting students each week, as well as time spent within the other requirements of the position.
- Costs for acquisition and renewal of the 16-hour CDEI designation through IDECC are reimbursed by the school.
