Job Description
Collabera is seeking a Business Data Analyst to analyze workforce data, understand connections across data points, and provide insights to inform strategic workforce planning efforts.
Requirements
- 4-year degree required
- A minimum of 3 years of data analysis and reporting experience
- Proficiency with MS Office suite. Advanced Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to influence, communicate and interact with HR teams and leadership
