Contracts Analyst

This contracts analyst position will partner with stakeholders to develop and manage legal binding agreements and contracts, and will advocate for the Sales organization while working closely with Finance, Legal and Audit.

Requirements

• Associate degree in paralegal studies minimum or Bachelor degree coupled with a certificate in paralegal studies
• 8-10+ years overall experience required
• 4-8 years experience in contracts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time
• Previous contract writing experience
• Ability to work well with management and leaders across various functions
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
