Job Description
Collabera is seeking a Credit Collections Specialist to review aging reports, contact customers, and expedites the resolution of unpaid customer accounts to maximize receivables.
Requirements
- Daily review of aging reports
- Contact customers verbally and in writing
- Monitor percentages of aged accounts
- Provide accurate and timely reporting
- Recommends settlement options to management
- Expedites resolution of unpaid customer accounts
- Other duties as assigned by management
