Job Description
The Network Analyst(CCNP) will provide Level 4 support for network data and voice support models, maintain a working knowledge of network technologies, and participate in review meetings to support network implementation activities.
Requirements
- CCNP certificate or equivalent
- Data/Voice certification e.g. CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, Cisco Voice
- General network (data and voice) knowledge
- LAN and WAN network equipment and environments, analysis, routing, and switching
- OSI Model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Network management and protocol analysis
- VSAT, Wide Area VLAN, MAN, MPLS/IPVPN technology, QoS features, Wireless LAN technology
- Voice knowledge; IPT, VoIP technology, Cisco VoIP
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility in schedule for working with a global team
- Networking tools competency - NNM, BMC suits, Loglogic, Netscout
