Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our team at CBTW. As a member of our team, you will work on challenging projects and have the opportunity to shape the future of data-driven transformation with a highly motivated team. Your main responsibilities will include designing and implementing modern data architectures, developing and optimizing data pipelines, and ensuring data & AI governance, security, and compliance in cloud architectures.
Requirements
- Study in (Business-) Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in developing data engineering solutions with Databricks, Apache Spark, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Knowledge in big data architectures (Data Lakes, Delta Lakes, DWH, ETL/ELT, Streaming technologies)
- Experience with programming & automation (Python, Scala, SQL, Terraform, CI/CD)
- Very good language skills in German and English
