Workday Advanced Compensation/Peakon Principal Consultant

The Principal Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems, guiding clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of Workday HCM implementation.

Requirements

• Become a Workday Advanced Compensation and Peakon product expert
• Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions
• Regularly engage and support clients through all phases of the project
• Work alongside integration team to configure and test integrations between Workday solution and client's selected payroll and benefits providers
• Display hands-on expertise of software, including loading customer data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security
