Requirements

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent experience
• Active Workday Certification in an HCM module
• Hands-on experience on HCM module implementation or support
• Strong consulting and presentation skills
• Experience in gathering business requirements, designing, and implementing requirements under multiple deadlines
• 3+ years of experience as a Workday consultant
