Job Description
The Workday HCM Functional Architect provides expert guidance and delivery for functional area engagements, serving as a billable functional leader on Workday implementations. They work closely with Engagement Managers, Managers, and senior client resources to provide strategic guidance and leadership on engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Current Workday Certification and certified in at least two subspecialities in addition to their area
- Completed minimum 3-5 full lifecycle Workday Implementations
- Led at least 2-3 Workday implementations on multiple HCM functional areas
