The HCM Manager provides leadership and expert advice to management and team members, managing customer support, team project planning, and team operations. Key responsibilities include managing customer support, team workload, and resource allocation, as well as partnering with customers in project phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or IT-Engineering related field
- Strong Workday implementation experience
- 5 years' experience with Workday
- SME of at least 1 Workday Module
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develops plans to minimize
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
