Workday HCM Principal Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, solving complex Workday intersystem problems and guiding clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of Workday HCM implementation.
Requirements
- Become a Workday HCM and Learning, or Workday Absence, Time Tracking and Scheduling product expert
- Recommend the best solution based on client's requirements, budget, and timeframe
- Guide the customer through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions
- Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project
- Perform multiple tasks under limited direction
- Work alongside the integration team to configure and test integrations
- Take a leadership position on a project, or as a Collaborative or Workday Product Partner Lead and/or DA Reviewer
- Display hands-on expertise of the software, including iLoading customer data and configuring business processes and security
- Utilize technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates via iLoads
