Workday HCM Principal Consultant will work with business and technical teams, providing support for implementation projects and enhancing services across different regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Active Workday Certification – HCM Core
- Additional Certifications (Preferred) - Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation and Prism Analytics.
- SME of at least 1 Workday module
- Strong Workday Implementation experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develop plans to minimize
- Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage client expectations
- Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
