Job Description
Workday HCM Senior Principal Consultant (Global Delivery Center) provides expert guidance between business and technical teams to solve complex Workday intersystem problems, guides clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of Workday HCM consulting experience
- Active HCM Certification
- Experience with additional Workday modules such as Core Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, People Experience, or Advanced Compensation
- Acted as technical lead for at least 1 phase-1 implementation
- Proven track record of successfully leading Workday HCM implementations for various clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develops plans to minimize
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
