The Principal Consultant will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems and guiding clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM implementation.
Requirements
- Become a Workday Recruiting and Talent product expert
- Leverage expertise to recommend solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe
- Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions
- Regularly engage and support clients through all phases of the project
- Work alongside the integration team to configure and test integrations
- Display hands-on expertise of the software
- Utilize technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates
