Requirements

• 10+ years client-facing production or influencer marketing experience
• 3+ years managing a team of 3+ people
• Experiencing coaching employees to new positions and enacting performance improvement plans
• Track record of successful process development and rollouts for large teams/organizations
• Exceptional client services skills
• Exceptional organizational, project management and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally
