Requirements

• 4+ years with React, Redux, TypeScript
• Strong product mindset (not just ticket execution)
• Ability to move fast and deliver consistently
• High standards for UI/UX and attention to detail
• Ownership and independence
• Experience with performance and optimization
• English (B2) + Russian
