Senior Software Engineer (USA based)

Collectly is a fast-growing healthcare technology startup working to modernize the U.S. healthcare financial experience through AI-driven automation. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll join a small, talented team building Collectly's core pre-service product.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and operating complex web applications in production environments
• Strong experience building backend systems, ideally in Python using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask
• Comfortable working across the stack, with experience with React a strong plus
• Ability to learn quickly and own features end-to-end
• Pragmatic, well-reasoned solutions over theoretical perfection
