The Groundskeeper & Maintenance Assistant will perform maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities. The role requires a versatile individual who can handle maintenance, landscaping, and groundskeeping duties, as well as drive and maintain company vehicles.
Requirements
- At least two years of related experience and/or training
- Self-starter and ability to work independently or as part of a small team
- Basic computer skills are a plus
- Able to operate small equipment/ willing to learn
- Able to operate pickup truck/van with trailer
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Prolonged periods standing and walking
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
