The Office Manager plays a key leadership position at the CIP center, overseeing administrative and business functions, resource allocation, and ensuring efficient tracking of service delivery. This role involves decision-making authority, moderate physical demand, and occasional weekend work. The Office Manager is responsible for managing capacity and resource scheduling, liaison to National Finance Office, relationship management with vendors and suppliers, and center compliance management.
