Part - Time Instructor, Engineering Technology - FY 2026

The College of Southern Nevada is seeking a Part-Time Instructor in Engineering Technology. Responsibilities include lecturing and lab instruction, developing syllabi, and providing advisement to students. Must have 5 years of work-related experience or an Applied Science degree in Engineering Technologies.

Requirements

• Lecture and or Lab instruction for Engineering Technology, Mechanical Technology, and or Technical Physics courses
• Demonstrate and assist students with lab procedures and ensure adherence to safety precautions
• Develop syllabi and course materials
• Instruct students in accordance with curriculum standards and objectives
• Independently evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes
• Provide advisement to students
• Attend staff meetings and recruitment activities as requested
