Job Description
The LPN will provide direct support to clients, assist the registered nurse, and manage the behavior of clients with therapeutic activities and vital signs monitoring. Responsibilities include filling out documentation, screen clients' belongings, administer medication, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
- Must have at least two (2) years sober if in recovery
- Must have experience working in substance abuse industry
- LPN license required
