Academic Advisor position at College Track Denver, supporting students from high school to college graduation with academic curriculum delivery, individualized advising, and data-informed practices.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in academic advising, teaching, or youth development
• Spanish Bilingual (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across lines of difference
• Comfortable navigating Learning Management Systems and grade portals
• Physical Requirements: alternating between sedentary and active work
• Strong sense of possibility and unwavering belief that students can accomplish any goal
