Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a full-time College Counselor
• Minimum Bachelor's degree with master's degree preferred
• Program area expertise in financial aid and scholarships, college application processes, and staff development
• Ability to analyze scholar data and develop targeted interventions
• Ability to give and receive feedback and effectively prioritize tasks
• Working knowledge of relevant software and tools
