College Track seeks a Vice President of Principal Gifts to shape and drive the organization's individual giving strategy. The successful candidate will be a fierce advocate for College Track's mission and have extensive experience in fundraising with major donors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in fundraising with major donors
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Proven success in designing and leading individual philanthropy strategies
- Exceptional relationship-building and influence skills
- Outstanding strategic communication and storytelling abilities
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in leveraging data and systems to inform strategy
- Strong business and financial acumen
