Agency Producer, Video & Content Production

We are seeking a resourceful and creative Agency Producer to lead video and content production across our portfolio, with a heavy emphasis on clients in the automotive industry. This role is equal parts project manager, creative problem-solver, and hands-on maker.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in video production, ideally within an advertising agency, production company, or in-house creative team
• Proven ability to produce high-quality content with minimal crews and modest budgets
• Strong project management skills with experience running multiple productions simultaneously
• Direct experience managing on-screen talent, including contracts, scheduling, and on-set direction
• Working knowledge of post-production workflows, editorial pipelines, and asset management
• Familiarity with creator/influencer marketing—comfortable managing creator relationships and directing remote productions
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
