Job Description
Collier.Simon is a creative agency seeking a Creative Technologist to design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows for creative teams. The role involves working with AI tools, automation, and creative problem-solving, and translating complex creative needs into repeatable, scalable systems.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, workflow automation, or creative technology
- Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI models, and their practical applications in creative work
- Proven experience with prompt engineering, context window management, and output optimization
- Experience building automated workflows
- Strong documentation habits
- Comfort working across disciplines: creative, production, strategy, and engineering
