Job Description
Provide administrative and accounting support to corporate and property accountants, including processing accounts payable, preparing monthly tenant billings, and maintaining tenant accounting ledgers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Knowledge of commercial real estate and experience in commercial real estate accounting processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of MRI, Nexus, Yardi and APTO (plus)
- Ability to remember information and locate resources
